Do I always need a receipt to request Samsung service?
For warranty repairs, proof of purchase is always required in order to verify the purchase date and coverage conditions. For out-of-warranty repairs, the receipt is not mandatory, but it may help reconstruct the TV’s service history. Without proof of purchase, the product cannot be handled as a warranty case.
How long does a Samsung repair usually take?
Timing depends on the type of fault and the availability of spare parts. After the first contact, we will inform you of the estimated time for diagnosis and any repair.
How can I check whether my Samsung product is still under warranty?
